Bonnie Slykhuis -Owner

Bonnie Slykhuis MSE, CH, CI
Bonnie holds a BA in Biology and Secondary Education from Central College and a MSE in Training & Development from Drake University. She is a certified hypnotist and hypnosis instructor with the National Guild of Hypnotists. She has been practicing hypnosis for over a decade working with clients one-on-one and performing hypnosis stage shows as H3 Hypnosis with her two sisters, Kim Molloy and Jenny Slykhuis-McDowell, and nephew Scott Molloy. In addition to hypnosis Bonnie is a published author and also works for Des Moines Area Community College designing and delivering continuous improvement, softs skills and leadership trainings for all types of organizations.


Kim Molloy

Kim Molloy RN, MSN, CH, CI
Kim earned her BFA from Drake University and her Masters in Nursing from San Francisco State University. Kim is a certified hypnotherapist and hypnosis instructor with the National Guild of Hypnotists. She provides individual hypnotherapy sessions, reiki, and joins her sisters, Bonnie Slykhuis and Jenny Slykhuis-McDowell, and son Scott Molloy in delivering hypnosis stage shows as H3 Hypnosis. Kim is also a retired associate professor of nursing at Mercy College of Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa.




Jennifer Phipps

Jennifer Phipps LMT
Jennifer has been a licensed massage therapist since 2007 (IA 004855) and is popular for people with pain, injuries, recovering from surgeries or dealing with scars. She works with moderate to firm pressure, incorporating massage tools as appropriate. She is a great fit for people with specific issues. Jennifer has a passion for helping cancer survivors and also understands the needs of active people as she’s a hiking enthusiast and trekked 800 miles across Spain! She lives in a tiny house and is mom to a rescue pup.


Dianne Chambers

Dianne Chambers
Dianne has been practicing yoga for almost 5 years and teaching Hatha yoga for almost 2 years. Yoga helped her recover after fighting breast cancer and she wants others to experience the healing effects of yoga also. Her class emphasizes syncing the breath to the pose to enhance the physical, emotional, and psychological results for all who come to their mats for practice.
